Measured Learning Impact

Behind every number below is a practitioner who showed up, did the work, and grew. Before and after each course, we measure both how
people feel about their practice and how they actually perform, because we believe real development deserves to be seen in full.
See below the average assessment scores (%), before and after the PBS Bootcamp, based on approximately 70 practitioners (Cohorts 1 and 2).

"Bootcamp is a well-structured learning platform that gradually takes students into complex parts. The team who teach utilised real-life experience and experiments to drive teaching and make it understandable. The use of case studies made courses very easy to understand. I think the platform is suitable for all levels of PBSP, and I benefited a lot from it."

"The PBS Together Bootcamp was a valuable experience. It strengthened my understanding of the core principles of behaviour specialist work, including the history of the field, current legislation, and best-practice approaches to data collection and PBSP development. The insights will support me in creating plans that genuinely enhance the quality of life for participants."

"I've found confidence in what I am doing due to a better understanding of the sections we write in BSPs. In the past, I followed what others were doing because that is how I was taught, without understanding why we did it. I am looking forward to updating my plans to benefit the participant, provide better outcomes and take a more person-centred approach."

The interactive components and live classes moved me beyond textbook knowledge into actual clinical confidence. This course is a must-have—even my supervisor was impressed by the advanced techniques I brought back to our team!!"
