Our teaching approach

Our workshops are packed with role-play simulations that allow you to practice your skills in a safe, controlled environment. This hands-on approach ensures you’re not just learning theory—you’re applying it in real time.

Be prepared for case studies and group discussions, utilising real scenarios to engage in identifying restrictive practices with de-identified case studies. You'll then undertake each step using the resources and tools provided, leaving the workshop confident in reducing and eliminating restrictions in participants' lives and developing effective fade-out plans that meet NDIS requirements.
