Dr. Russ Fox

Monash University

Dr. Russ Fox is a Lecturer in Behaviour Science at Monash University. He teaches graduate level course work in the principles and philosophical and conceptual underpinnings of behaviour science. Russ’ research is focussed on exploring and supporting successful, sustained, and scaled implementation of evidence-based practices within educational and community disability settings (PBIS and PBS). He has published in Australian and international journals on implementation sustainability, applying a human rights-based approach to delivering positive behaviour supports, and speaks to professional and research-focused audiences on how to implement evidence-based practices in a person-centred and sustainable way. Russ has co-led funded research projects relating to implementing positive behaviour supports and system-level implementation capacity development with multiple state-level education jurisdictions.
